Welcome to Holbox Cruisers! We are delighted to have you on board. Before you embark on your adventure with our cruisers, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By renting a cruiser from Holbox Cruisers, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Risk:
   By renting a bike from Holbox Cruisers, the Renter acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with the use of the bike. The Renter agrees that Holbox Cruisers, its employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may arise during the rental period, irrespective of its cause.
2. Liability Waiver:
   The Renter agrees to waive any and all claims against Holbox Cruisers, its employees, and agents for injuries or damages to the Renter’s person or property that may arise from the use of Holbox Cruisers’ bikes.
3. Responsibility for Damages:
   The Renter assumes full responsibility for any damage to the bike, excluding normal wear and tear, that occurs during the rental period. The Renter agrees to pay additional fees to cover the cost of necessary repairs or replacements.
4. Use of Bikes:
   Bikes rented from Holbox Cruisers are to be used responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Renter agrees to return the bike in the same condition as it was at the time of rental, barring normal wear and tear.
5. Termination of Rental:
   Holbox Cruisers reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if the Renter is found to be in violation of these terms and conditions, or if the bike is being used in an unsafe or illegal manner.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
   Holbox Cruisers reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The Renter is responsible for reviewing the most current version of these terms and conditions before renting a bike.
7. Governing Law:
   These terms and conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the rental of bikes from Holbox Cruisers, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Holbox Cruisers operates.
